Small steam turbines

Small steam turbines are designed for optimal power transmission and efficient speed control in various industrial applications. Thanks to their robust construction and precise processing, they ensure long-term reliability and minimal maintenance.

TR Hi 150

Parameters

Performance max. 80 kW Generator speed 30,000 rpm Steam inlet pressure max. 4,0 MPa (a) Output steam pressure max. 0,6 MPa (a) Steam inlet temperature max. 420 °C

The rotary reducer TR Hi 150 is a special machine for reducing water vapor pressure, developed for extremely low steam flows with a high requirement for safe, mechanical operation and high efficiency. The turbine housing with the electric generator star forms a whole without a clutch and without secondary rotating parts.

The turbine wheel is loosely attached to the rotor of the high-frequency electric generator. The tightness of the steam space is ensured by a special contract seal. Part of the turbine is a complete oil system for the supply of regulating and lubricating oil.

The rotary reduction automatically reduces the steam pressure from a higher value to the desired lower value, depending on the steam consumption, and this steam consumption corresponds to the electric output of the tenerator.

TR100

Parameters

Performance max. 150 kW Generator speed 30,000 rpm Steam inlet pressure max. 4,0 MPa (a) Output steam pressure max. 0,6 MPa (a) Steam inlet temperature max. 420 °C

The rotary reduction TR100 is designed primarily for driving generators and subsequently for the production of electricity.

The Staror TR100 is mounted on a gearbox that reduces the revolutions of the turbine wheel to the revolutions of the electric asynchronous generator. A gearbox is located on the base frame, which includes a complete oil system, which is connected to the driven machine by means of a flexible coupling. The tightness of the steam space preventing the escape of steam is ensured by a special contact seal.

The rotary reduction automatically reduces the steam pressure from a higher value to a required lower value, depending on the steam consumption, and the electric power of the generator corresponds to this steam consumption.

TR320

Parameters

Performance max. 700 kW Generator speed 3 000 rpm Steam inlet pressure max. 9,0 MPa (a) Output steam pressure max. 2,5 MPa (a) Steam inlet temperature max. 550 °C

The TR320 rotary reduction is designed primarily for driving generators and subsequently for the production of electrical energy.

The Staror TR320 is mounted on a gearbox that reduces the speed of the turbine wheel to the speed of the electric asynchronous generator.

TR560

Parameters

Performance max. 3 000 kW Generator speed 1 500 rpm Steam inlet pressure max. 4,0 MPa (a) Output steam pressure max. 0,07 - 1,4 MPa (a) Vstupní teplota páry max. 550 °C

The rotary reducer TR560 is specially designed for the isentropic heat drop of steam h greater than 120 kJ*kg-1 with the possibility of controlling two partial sprays. The unit can work both in back-pressure and condensing operation.

The TR560 stator is attached to a gearbox that reduces the speed of the turbine wheel to the speed of the electric synchronous generator. On the base frame, which includes a complete oil system, there is a gearbox, which is connected to the driven machine by means of a flexible coupling. The driven machine is placed separately on a concrete base. The tightness of the steam space is ensured by a special contact seal.

The rotary reducer TR560 can work both in back-pressure and condensing operation. It depends only on the operator whether he prefers the production of heat and electricity, or only the use of TR operation for the production of electricity.

TRm

Parameters

Performance max. 1 200 kW Generator speed 5 000 rpm Steam inlet pressure max. 6,0 MPa (a) Output steam pressure max. 0,9 MPa (a) Steam inlet temperature max. 450 °C

This rotary reduction is used with and without a gearbox. The advantage of this type is the possibility of using several rows of scooping. Electronic or mechanical regulation can be used for the mentioned type of turbine.

The rotary reducer consists of a basic welded frame on which the turbine body, the driving machine (generator, pump or second gear to drive the tritium mill), oil management and oil tank are located. The rotor of the rotary reduction is placed between two sliding bearings. The rotor shaft is connected to the gearbox by a flexible coupling. The tightness of the steam space, preventing the escape of steam, is ensured by a special contact seal, from which the chimney steam is discharged.

The rotary reducer automatically controls the shaft revolutions according to the requirements of the driven machine. In the case of mechanical drives, the output steam pressure is not regulated.

TRM3

Parameters

Performance max. 5 000 kW Generator speed 1 500 rpm Steam inlet pressure max. 9,0 MPa (a) Output steam pressure max. 0,07 - 1,4 MPa (a) Steam inlet temperature max. 550 °C

The rotary reducer TRM3 is specially designed for an isentropic heat drop of steam h greater than 400 kJ*kg-1 with the possibility of controlling two partial sprays. The unit can work both in back-pressure and condensing operation.

Turbine boxes I., II. and III. stages are attached to the gearbox, which reduces the revolutions of the turbine wheels to the revolutions of the electric synchronous generator. On the base frame, which includes a complete oil system, there is a gearbox, which is connected to the driven machine by means of a flexible coupling. The driven machine is placed separately on a concrete base. The tightness of the steam space is ensured by a special contact seal.
